Please provide clear, unshaded references for your character and as much relevant info about the commission upfront to avoid any confusion later.

I can draw irl people from photos but in my own stylization.

I reserve the right to artistic liberty over my work to an extent, my work is very experimental and painterly, I play with brushes and colors a lot and will do what I feel is right for a given piece, please state upfront if you wish for a specific finished result, especially based on what I did previously.

I tend to be forgetful so feel free to poke me at any time you wish, I will provide wips at any point as well.

I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to post any commissioned work to my sites, stream it online on my twitch and advertise myself with it freely. If a client wishes for their commission to be private it should be stated upfront.

Turnaround time is a minimum of 1 month and a of maximum 10 months, I have a job outside of being an artist so TaT may vary on external factors and queue lenght, soft deadlines may be discussed privately.

All payments must be made upfront in EUR or PLN through paypal (or bank transfer for customers within poland).

Payment plans may be discussed for bigger orders.

Refunds are not offered at all and all sales are final. Chargebacks will result in cancelation of the order, blacklisting and a public callout.

I can make changes to the commission freely at every stage up untill i merge all the layers (finish the piece), I do not provide any revisions after the work is finished. Please make sure all provided information is clear, correct and upfront to avoid confusion and mistakes.

Client may not alter/edit my work in any way without premission (cropping, text, filters, etc are okay), any desire to make changes to the finished piece should be discussed with me personally.

I retain all rights to my work and the client is required to give me proper credit. Clients are allowed to use their commissions as pfp, header, wallpaper, print it out, etc as long as proper credit is given.

All commissioned work is for personal use only. Client may not use my work for commercial purposes in any way unless stated otherwise.

My work may not be used in any AI learning technology or cryptocurrencies.
